More info Please take time when booking online to ensure the correct treatment is booked. Different treatments have different timings. If you book a higher tier and choose a simpler design on the day, you will still be charged for the originally booked treatment slot.

Extras like nail art and nail tips applied must be booked for correct time to be allocated.
This helps me manage my schedule more efficiently and avoids unpaid gaps. (if there is no time available online for these extras, please message me directly & I will see if I can squeeze it in or not)

**I do not remove or infill work that I haven't done, all new clients must come with bare nails**

I may contact you to change your appointment time by 15 mins either side, this helps with any random gaps within my day and frees up more space for more appointment slots- yayyy
